Showreel
Documentary, branded editorial, motion graphics.
I’m a freelance editor working mainly on interview-led documentary and branded editorial, where the job is finding the story in the rushes. Building narrative structure is my passion!
I can work end to end: assembly, motion graphics, grading, sound design and mix, subtitling and delivery.
Before editing full time, I spent seven years in marketing. That’s why I think about the audience from the first assembly, and it’s the edge I bring to my edits. I can also build your video-led social campaign from scratch; handling both the PPC strategy and cutting down the long-form piece into clips that drive traffic to your business.
Outside client work I’ve enjoyed a few side quests: an archery affiliate blog that ranks first for some key search terms, a print-on-demand t-shirt shop on Etsy, and, currently, narrating an audiobook on the history of computing.
